Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the scheduled service total. This fee helps cover the time reserved that can no longer be filled.
No-shows will also be charged 40% of the scheduled service total.
